About Your Instructor
Nandhini Murugan
As a certified Kumon Instructor, my mission is to help each child unlock their full potential. I guide students through their daily assignments while providing the structure, encouragement, and support they need to become confident, independent learners. I also work closely with parents and guardians to discuss progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.
With over eight years of experience in education—including three years as a substitute teacher and five years as a special education teaching assistant, I've gained a deep understanding of how children learn and the importance of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement.
I’m also a proud mother of two boys, both of whom were Kumon students. As a Kumon parent myself, I’ve experienced the program’s long-term benefits firsthand. This dual perspective allows me to connect with families not only as an educator, but also as a fellow parent who believes deeply in the Kumon Method.
I’m passionate about helping children succeed. I create individualized study plans, monitor progress closely, and help students develop strong study habits by emphasizing accuracy and time management. My goal is to ensure every child experiences a sense of accomplishment in their daily study—building self-confidence that lasts a lifetime.
