Welcome to Kumon of Charlotte - Rea Farms. I am the Main Instructor at the Center and have successfully completed the Kumon Instructor Certification Program. I have a healthcare background with a Bachelor's in Pharmacy and Master’s in Biomedical Sciences. I am an avid reader and I have enjoyed math since I was a kid. Now as a father of two beautiful girls, I spend a lot of my time helping my girls with math. I am very passionate about math and reading and like to spend time with them to help them learn and grow. After spending over 15 years in the corporate world, I decided to follow my passion of teaching and training. I believe that children have a huge potential to learn and absorb new concepts. Creating a strong foundation in math, logic and reading helps a lot in the development of their analytical skills. I believe that Kumon is a great medium for me to help children stretch their mental abilities and realize their full potential independently. I look forward to working with your child(ren) and help him/her build a strong foundation in math and reading.

Your free assessment helps us understand your child’s current learning level so we can recommend the best starting point. During the assessment, your child will complete a placement test, and the instructor will review the results with you and explain how the Kumon Program can support your child’s individual learning needs. There is no obligation to enroll, and you can reschedule your appointment at any time.
