About Your Instructor
Farah Malik
I have always been passionate about helping children learn, grow, and discover their potential. My journey with Kumon began nine years ago as an Assistant, and through dedication and a love for education, I advanced to Instructor and now serve as Center Director. In addition to my work at Kumon, I previously worked as a PreK teacher, where I developed a strong foundation in early childhood education and a deep understanding of how young children learn and thrive.
I believe that every child has the ability to succeed when they are given the right encouragement and opportunities to learn. What I love most about the Kumon Method is its emphasis on independent learning and developing strong study habits that extend far beyond the classroom.
One of the most rewarding parts of being a Kumon Instructor is watching students’ confidence grow, celebrating their achievements, and building meaningful relationships with their families. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to do their best and enjoys learning.
