Mrs. Leitner received an excellent education at a high school for the gifted in Math and Science in Europe. After working as an English teacher at a business college in Japan, she completed her Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Mathematics in the United States. Mrs. Leitner became a Kumon Instructor because she wanted to pass on that knowledge to her children and students. She has been working with the Kumon method since 1995, and believes that the greatest strength of the Kumon Method is individualization. Study plans are reviewed every time students come to the center and students can have an input in their progress based on their goals. Adjusting study plans in cooperation with the students helps their motivation.

During the assessment, your child will complete a placement test, and the instructor will review the results with you and explain how the Kumon Program can support your child’s individual learning needs.
