Arpitha Mayreddy
Arpitha Mayreddy brings a rich blend of academic excellence, professional experience,and a heartfelt commitment to education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering and a master’s degree in computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Arpitha has held a variety of roles—including Team Lead, Programmer, Subject Matter Expert, and Manager—across leading organizations such as Global Consultants Inc., AT&T, Collabera, and IBM.
Inspired to make a meaningful impact in her community, Arpitha transitioned from the tech industry to education with a mission to help students build strong foundational skills in math and reading. She has also volunteered as a mentor for students preparing for Math Olympiad and Science Bowl competitions, further deepening her passion for working with young learners and supporting their academic growth.
The Kumon Method aligns with Arpitha’s beliefs, as it empowers children to reach their full potential at their own pace while mastering concepts with confidence. It also fosters greater independence in students. Arpitha is honored to continue the legacy built by Anish Patel, who led the center with dedication and care for 14 years. Her focus is on maintaining Kumon’s reputation for academic excellence while creating a supportive and motivating environment for all students. She is committed to providing individualized support, recognizing effort, and celebrating milestones along the way.
