About Your Instructor

Christine Yeoun

Ms. Christine was born and raised in Queens, New York. She is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan and Williams College in Massachusetts. Her experience with Kumon has been a lifelong journey, first as a Dual Program Completion student and then as an instructor. This center in Floral Park has 2 experienced instructors, because Ms. Christine works closely with her mother, Veronica Yeoun, a veteran Kumon instructor with over 20 years of experience. They have personally worked with a wide range of students - remedial, enrichment and everything in between. Ms. Christine is bringing her love for teaching back to where it first started.

How Does the Assessment Work?

Your free assessment helps us understand your child’s current learning level so we can recommend the best starting point. During the assessment, your child will complete a placement test, and the instructor will review the results with you and explain how the Kumon Program can support your child’s individual learning needs.

There is no obligation to enroll, and you can reschedule your appointment at any time.
