About Your Instructor
Kailas Rathod
I, myself, was once a Kumon parent with two children who attended Kumon for 9 years. My daughter completed the Kumon Reading Program and my son is currently honing in on his math skills at our center. My passion to work with children inspired me to open a Kumon center of my own.
I actively attend a monthly Kumon Instructor study group, which focuses on student development, progress, and the student's ability to understand the Kumon method. Attending these meetings helps me strive to improve on how to best bring out a student's self-confidence, study skills, a positive attitude and maximize the student's potential.
