Sangeeta Rao
With over 20 years of experience as a Kumon Instructor, I am deeply passionate about helping children build a strong academic foundation while also fostering confidence, independence, and a love for learning. I firmly believe that every child has the potential to succeed when given the right guidance, structured practice, and encouragement.
At Kumon, we recognize that every student is unique. Some may need extra support to strengthen their skills, while others are ready for advanced challenges beyond their school grade. My goal is to assess each child's skills and tailor a learning plan that enables them to progress at a comfortable pace—free from pressure, competition, or comparison.
But success isn’t just about mastering math and reading concepts. I am deeply committed to helping students develop essential study habits and soft skills that will benefit them for a lifetime. Through Kumon, children learn discipline, perseverance, time management, and problem-solving—skills that extend far beyond the classroom. Watching my students grow in confidence, resilience, and independence is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
I feel privileged to be part of so many students’ academic journeys, and I take great pride in seeing them transform into self-motivated, lifelong learners. Whether your child is just starting or working toward advanced levels, I am here to support and guide them every step of the way.
