Komal Malhotra
Growing up in a vibrant community in India, I pursued my passion for knowledge by earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics, laying the foundation for a fulfilling career ahead. Delving into the technical intuition field, I honed my skills over a decade, eventually ascending to the esteemed position of Director of Financial Aid, where I championed accessibility to education for all.
My journey took a pivotal turn when I transitioned into education, embarking on an enriching 8-year tenure in the East Brunswick School District. Specializing in catering to the needs of students with special education and learning/behavioral disabilities, I found profound fulfillment in nurturing their growth and potential.
Beyond the confines of the classroom, I devoted my time to serving the community, volunteering in local libraries and participating in the Best Buddies program, fostering inclusivity and camaraderie. Amidst the busyness of life, I find joy in simple pleasures like reading, dancing, and watching movies.
With a heart full of passion and purpose, I'm eager to contribute to the Hillsborough community. My goal is to promote academic success and teach values of dedication to the younger generation, helping them shape a brighter future.
