Welcome to the Kumon Center of Irvine-Central! We first opened our doors in 1988. Throughout over 30 years, we have helped many students achieve academic success, build self-confidence, and excel in extracurricular activities.
Our mission of Kumon Center of Irvine-Central is to provide each child the academic foundation and structure to achieve any dream or goal that he or she desires. Through discipline and guided lessons, we give your child the independent tools to learn any subject, sport, or skill that will bring joy to your child's life. Students walk away from our Kumon Center with the self-confidence of knowing that he or she has the skills and knowledge to become successful in school, and ultimately the rest of their lives.
Our doors are always open at Kumon Center of Irvine-Central to help students of all ages, parents, and families. We are located in the Jeffrey Corporate Centre on Trabuco Road and Jeffrey Road, right behind Kohls. Let us start your child on the path to success right away!
The Kumon Method
For more than 60 years, Kumon's after-school academic enrichment program has helped children achieve success worldwide. We strive to instill in children the desire to achieve and the motivation to learn on their own. Whether your child is seeking enrichment, needs help catching up or is just beginning his or her academic career, Kumon is designed to help him or her develop a love of learning.
Students advance through the program at their own pace. Our emphasis on individualized learning helps your child become focused, motivated, and self-reliant. We monitor each child's progress to ensure comprehension before moving on to a new concept. With a strong academic foundation, critical thinking and problem solving abilities, your child has the potential to achieve whatever he or she desires.
