Ambreen Rajani
My husband Amin Rajani and I were first introduced to Kumon when we enrolled our young son in the program. After seeing him experience success,we were motivated to look into the franchise opportunity. Driven by our desire to give other children access to the program, Amin decided to open the Kumon Math and Reading Center of Nacogdoches. Two years later, I walked away from my 12-year career in retail to open the Kumon Math and Reading Center of Lufkin, 25 miles away from my husband’s center.
“I distinctly remember observing my husband’s Kumon Center, and I saw how happy the students were as they were discovering a joy for learning,” “It’s truly heartwarming watching students discover their own potential and gain confidence. It was at that moment I knew I wanted to also be a part of Kumon.”
The Kumon Method empowers preschool to high school aged children to become self-learners and is designed to advance math and reading skills while fostering a love for learning. It goes beyond traditional tutoring by actively developing critical thinking skills as children progress independently through a carefully crafted curriculum.
“I want to make a positive impact in the Lufkin community,” said Jiwani. “By bringing the first Kumon Center to the Lufkin area, I have the opportunity to prepare young students for a successful future.”
Kumon sparks critical thinking, establishes a pattern of success and builds confidence that can lead to accelerated learning throughout life. Learn more about the Kumon Method today.
