About Your Instructor
Srishti Shrivastava
My name is Srishti Shrivastava, and I am proud to serve as the Head Instructor at Kumon of Manor. I graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital Management and Leadership, along with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
My journey with Kumon began at the age of three and a half, where I progressed through the program and ultimately became a math program completer. Having experienced Kumon both as a student and now as an instructor, I bring a unique perspective and deep appreciation for the program’s impact.
As an instructor, my goal is to support each student not only academically, but also in their personal growth. I strive to understand my students as individuals so that I can tailor my approach to help them build confidence, develop strong learning habits, and discover their full potential. I am passionate about sharing the lessons I gained from my own Kumon experience and helping students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
