The school year is well underway!

For more than 60 years, Kumon’s after-school academic enrichment program has helped children achieve success worldwide. We strive to instill in children the desire to achieve and the motivation to learn on their own. Whether your child is seeking enrichment, needs help catching up or is just beginning his or her academic career, Kumon is designed to help him or her develop a love of learning.

Students advance through the program at their own pace. Our emphasis on individualized learning helps your child become focused, motivated and self-reliant. We monitor each child’s progress to ensure comprehension before moving on to a new concept. With a strong academic foundation, critical thinking and problem solving abilities, your child has the potential to achieve whatever he or she desires.

Holidays:
This center may be closed on certain holidays during the year. In the event of such closure, signs will be posted in advance and unless otherwise requested, students will be given assignments over the holidays.

Vacations:
If you will not be able to attend class for an extended period of time, please let us know 2 weeks in advance so that we can have the necessary assignments prepared for you to pick up. If you are going to go on hold for more than 30 days please notify us in writing, a month prior, so we can hold your payment.  If you fail to notify us, you will incur a charge on your account.

Absences:
If you cannot attend an assigned class day, you can either pick-up worksheets during class hours or call us and request the worksheets be put in the drop box behind the center.

Weather:
Due to inclement weather, this center may be closed on class days. In the event of such closure, assignments may or may not be available for pick-up. Please call the center to see if assignments will be available. As a rule, this center will follow CMS’s Inclement Weather Policy; as such, we will be closed when regional CMS schools are closed due to weather. Check your email for updates.
