About Your Instructor
ANURADHA BANDYOPADHYAY
My name is Anu Bandyopadhyay, and I am the Center Director for the Kumon Math and Reading Center of Pocono-Crossing. I have over fifteen years of experience as a Kumon instructor and have worked with hundreds of students over the years across the Richmond area. I was first introduced to Kumon in 2002, when I enrolled my son, who was in elementary school at the time, into the program. I was deeply impressed by the program’s focus on daily practice and independent learning, and my desire to introduce this amazing program to as many families as possible led me to open my Center in 2004.
Over the years, I have seen the Kumon program transform hundreds of students into independent, confident learners, with improved academic abilities, focus, and the skills needed to achieve success in school. Many students in my Center have completed the program, and I cannot describe the pride and joy I feel whenever I see a student gain the confidence to take charge of their own learning. I hope to see every student who walks through my Center’s doors reach their full potential, and I look forward to working closely with you and your child to develop a plan for their academic success.
