I would like to share more about my background and my commitment to your child’s academic success. As an Engineering graduate with a specialization in VLSI design from the City University of New York, I have always been passionate about learning. My technical background has instilled in me a deep appreciation for logic, precision, and the step-by-step mastery of complex concepts.
Since opening my Kumon center in 2009, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of students ranging from Pre-K through high school. My professional journey in education is driven by a singular goal: to empower students with the tools they need to become independent learners.
My approach focuses on identifying each student’s unique strengths and weaknesses. Establishing a solid foundation before moving on to more complex topics. Breaking down difficult math and reading problems into simple, understandable steps.
Through this tutoring approach, I take pride in my ability to demystify challenging subjects, ensuring that my students not only excel academically but also truly enjoy their educational journey.
I believe that parental involvement is essential to a child’s progress. The Kumon method thrives when there is a strong connection between the center and the home. I am dedicated to maintaining open communication and regularly scheduling updates to discuss your child’s growth and milestones.
As a parent myself, I have seen firsthand the positive impact of the Kumon method. I know the pride that comes with watching a child gain confidence and mastery over a subject they once found daunting. This personal experience motivates me every day to help every student reach their full potential.
