About Your Instructor
Aruba Kazmi
My role as a Kumon Instructor is to bring the out the highest potential in each child. As an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement. I work hand-in-hand with parents and guardians, discussing their child's challenges and progress, and the content they are currently studying.
I have always had a true passion to work with and educate children. I graduated with a degree in Developmental Psychology and have dreamt of having my own classroom. I have been working at this specific center for nearly a decade now. Over the years, I’ve grown to love and appreciate every child who walks through our doors. Watching students progress from early learners to completing the program, and even returning to work with us or getting into top colleges, has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
My passion lies in child development, and Kumon is the perfect place to support that growth. At Kumon, children not only build strong academic foundations, but also develop lifelong skills such as independence, discipline, and confidence, that help them grow into successful, contributing members of society.
