Her extensive experience allows her to understand each child’s learning style and guide them toward long-term academic success.
As a Kumon Instructor, Monica’s mission is to bring out the full potential in every child. As a trained and certified professional instructor, she serves as a mentor who carefully guides students through their work while providing direction, encouragement, and consistent support. She works closely with parents and guardians, maintaining open communication about each child’s progress, challenges, and learning goals.
Monica develops individualized study plans tailored to each student’s ability and pace. She closely monitors assignments and emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and completing work within an appropriate time frame. Her goal is for every student to experience daily achievement and develop confidence through steady progress.
Through her guidance, many students have built strong self-confidence, become independent learners, and successfully completed Kumon high school–level programs within four years while still in elementary or middle school.
Monica is deeply committed to nurturing lifelong learners and helping every child discover the joy of learning and achievement.
