Palak Shah
Hi, I’m Palak, and I’m truly glad you’re considering our Kumon centre for your child. Working with children isn’t just what I do, it’s something I genuinely care about. I believe every child has amazing potential, and with the right support and encouragement, they can achieve more than they or even their parents might expect. My goal is not only to help students get stronger in math and reading, but to help them grow into confident, independent learners who feel proud of their own effort. I take time to understand each child’s starting point and personality, and I guide them with patience while gently encouraging them to take the next step forward. I’ve created a calm and structured environment where children feel comfortable trying, learning from mistakes, and improving little by little without feeling pressured.
One of my favorite parts of this work is seeing children who once doubted themselves start to believe, focus better, and take responsibility for their learning. I celebrate effort just as much as results, because that’s what builds real confidence. I also value strong communication with parents and see our journey as a partnership — when we work together and stay consistent, children grow in the most meaningful and lasting ways.
