This has been a difficult situation for everyone, and weappreciate how you have adapted to the changes. Please read below for someimportant information regarding our transition back to in-center classes. We are OPEN now .
First, wewant to assure you that the health and safety of our staff, students, andfamilies is our top priority. We continue to monitor the situation closely andare following the guidance of government and health officials. In order to helpensure that our Center remains a safe environment, we will be taking the followsteps:
For the protection of students and staff we will strictlyadhere to the following procedures: • Every student and staff member will weara facemask. • Every student will be asked to wash their hands with soap andwater or with hand sanitizer when entering the Center. • To minimize studentmovement and mingling: • Drinking water will not be provided. • Be sure yourstudent has been to the restroom prior to coming to the Center • To maintainproper social distancing, the number of students in the Center will be limitedto 4 in Early Learners and 8 in Regular Kumon. • Parents must make appointmentsfor their student’s Kumon time, 30 minutes for 1 subject, 60 minutes for 2subjects; 2 times per week. (see below for additional information) • Parentsmust be at the Center when their scheduled time is over. • Appointments must bemade in advance to schedule a consultation with Meher • Walk-ins will not bepermitted. • If you miss your scheduled time you must reschedule before comingto the Center. • The waiting area will be closed. Parents must wait in theircars or outside. Folding chairs will be provided if desired. • Before openingeach day a thorough cleaning/sanitizing of the Center will be done. • Aftereach student leaves his/her area will be sanitized: table, chair, pencils,easers, learning aids, etc. • We encourage students to bring their own pencilsand erasers.

Monday, Thursday, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday 10 AMto 12:00 PM
Times will beallotted on first come first serve basis. You will receive a confirmation thatyour time has been reserved. Once the reservation is confirmed, then those timeslots are yours unless you change them or if it becomes necessary foroperational purposes the Center must change them. You may begin requesting yourschedule times immediately.
Our goal isto support your children in their Kumon journey and limit interruptions totheir study as much as possible. Continuous learning is the key to success inthe Kumon Program, and we aim to support each of our students in achievingtheir goals.
We willcontinue to offer virtual lessons . The at-home component of Kumon has always been a keypart of the program, and students could not progress through the levels withoutconsistent, daily study. However, Instructor observation and support is vitalto students’ success. While we are thrilled that we have been able to continuesupporting students virtually through this challenging time, in order forstudents to see the greatest benefits from the program .
