About Your Instructor
Yizheng Fang
Yizheng (Henry) Fang graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Mathematics. After graduation, he worked as a teacher for many years. With his experience in education and passion for teaching, Henry decided to become an Instructor at Kumon of Roslyn.
Henry has been extensively trained and certified through a comprehensive system at Kumon University. He continues to enhance his knowledge of the Kumon Method and student instruction by attending and participating in instructor conferences, workshops and seminars.
As a dedicated educator, Henry’s goal is to inspire and empower students to develop strong academic skills, confidence, and a love for learning at Kumon of Roslyn. With a deep commitment to the Kumon Method, Henry strives to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can progress at their own pace, master foundational concepts in math and reading, and become independent learners. Believing that every student has the potential to excel, Henry and his two business partners Cindy Yu and Dorthy Shen, are here to guide and motivate them every step of the way. The Kumon of Roslyn team looks forward to unlocking each student’s full potential!
