About Your Instructor
Seema Laddha
My journey with Kumon began as a parent. Both of my children went through the program, and watching their confidence grow alongside their skills is what inspired me to become an instructor myself.
I grew up in India where math was something you practiced until it felt natural - even joyful. That love of learning has never left me, and I bring it into every session here. Before Kumon, I spent years working with children through Atlanta International School and KidChess programs, which gave me a deep understanding of how kids learn, stay motivated, and build real confidence over time.
I believe learning isn't about speed. It's about steady progress, and celebrating every milestone along the way, big or small.
At Kumon of Roswell- East Cobb, every child gets a personalized plan built around where they actually are. Several of my students have been with me for two or more years and are now working well above grade level — not because they were pushed, but because steady progress and encouragement add up.
Parents often tell me their children come home more focused and self-motivated than they expected. That transformation is exactly why I do this work.
If you're wondering whether Kumon is right for your child, come in and let's find out together.
