Hello and welcome to the Kumon Center of San Gabriel - Valley Blvd. I’m proud to serve as your Kumon Instructor. My role is to bring out the unique potential in each child by guiding daily practice, encouraging perseverance, and building confidence as students progress at their own pace.

My passion for education began early. I come from a family of educators and have worked with students throughout my life. These experiences shaped my belief in the value of strong study habits, discipline, and self-confidence. As a Kumon parent, I’m especially motivated to help children develop independence and a love of learning.

I began my education in Tokyo and later graduated from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and earned my MBA from UCLA Anderson. I chose Kumon because I believe deeply in its proven method—building strong math and reading skills while developing focus, resilience, and self-discipline.

At our center, families can expect a nurturing, organized, and goal-oriented environment. We partner closely with parents to track progress, celebrate milestones, and support each student in building confidence and independence.
