My name is Swathi Hosakere, Center Director and Instructor at Kumon San Jose - Rose Garden. I am a mom of two energetic young boys who bring me immense joy in everything they do. From a education stand point, I am an Electrical engineer and I have a MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Leavey School of Business (Santa Clara University). I have worked as a Product Marketing Manager for some of the biggest Semiconductor companies in the Bay Area. I decided to pursue being a Kumon instructor because of my passion to raise confident individuals. Children grow when you give them the wings to grow and the roots to feel safe. I am very passionate about guiding children to achieve their goals and see them make educated decisions as they grow. I enjoy providing instruction and guidance to my Kumon children and love to see them excel in Kumon, school and life.

Your free assessment helps us understand your child’s current learning level so we can recommend the best starting point. During the assessment, your child will complete a placement test, and the instructor will review the results with you and explain how the Kumon Program can support your child’s individual learning needs. There is no obligation to enroll, and you can reschedule your appointment at any time.
