After helping to establish Wellspring as a non-profit in 1987 Cherie was trained as a Kumon instructor in 1993, and has been running Wellspring's Kumon center since that time. Previous to becoming a Kumon instructor Cherie graduated from University of Michigan as a physical therapist, practicing several years in the Detroit area.

Your free assessment helps us understand your child’s current learning level so we can recommend the best starting point. During the assessment, your child will complete a placement test, and the instructor will review the results with you and explain how the Kumon Program can support your child’s individual learning needs. There is no obligation to enroll, and you can reschedule your appointment at any time.
