I am Dr. Nidhi Shukla, MD, physician, instructor, and owner of the Kumon Centre of Edmonton – Big Lake Quarters.. I am a dedicated educator, medical professional, and lifelong learner passionate about enriching lives in and out of the classroom. I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I have inspired countless students through my deep knowledge and love for education.

My academic journey includes not only being a dedicated medical professional but also exploring diverse fields, such as an educator, a counselor, and a fully certified Kumon instructor. This multidisciplinary expertise has enabled me to approach teaching and healthcare with a holistic perspective, making a meaningful impact on our community.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I love spending time with my family. In my spare time, I enjoy playing badminton and making wall art.

I believe in Kumon methodology, as I, being a Kumon parent, have seen my daughter confidently succeed beyond her grade level. Using my expertise with Kumon methodology in collaboration with my team, my vision is to lead a Kumon centre where every student is empowered to go beyond their goals and unlock their full potential.
