About Your Instructor
Ritu Mangla
I'm Ritu Mangla, the Instructor at MartinGrove and Eglinton Center. Before joining Kumon, I practiced as a Corporate Lawyer for over 15 years. While I found great purpose in my legal career, it was my voluntary work—teaching underprivileged children—that truly shaped my life’s calling.
Helping children learn and watching them grow in confidence through education brought me immense joy. It made me realize that the most powerful way to contribute to society is by nurturing young minds and enabling their full potential.
This passion led me to Kumon, a method that perfectly aligns with my belief in individualized, self-paced learning. What I love most about Kumon is its philosophy: that every child is unique and capable of achieving greatness with the right guidance and support.
At our center, my goal is to create a welcoming, encouraging, and disciplined environment where each child can flourish—not just academically, but personally. I am committed to partnering with parents and motivating students to develop strong learning habits, independence, and a lifelong love for learning.
I believe that educating children is the first step toward building a compassionate, empowered, and grateful society—and I’m honored to be part of that journey with you.
I look forward to welcoming you and your child to the Kumon family!
