About Your Instructor
Deepika Anand
With a background in Business Finance (Master’s degree) and as a Chartered Accountant, I bring both academic expertise and practical experience to the field of education. I have also earned professional certifications, including in Project Management (PMP), which strengthen my ability to approach challenges with strategic planning and precision.
I have had the opportunity to teach mathematics, working with students of various ages and academic levels. This experience has not only reinforced my belief in the power of consistent practice and independent learning but has also allowed me to develop a teaching style that emphasizes clarity, patience, and student confidence.
My experience working with leadership teams in multinational companies has equipped me with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills—all of which I bring into the learning environment to create a structured and supportive space for students. I strongly believe that every child has the potential to succeed with the right guidance, encouragement, and study habits.
As an educator, my goal is to nurture each student’s academic development while helping them build essential life skills such as responsibility, resilience, and self-motivation. I am excited to support students and families on their Kumon journey and contribute to their long-term success.
As both an educator and a parent of two children enrolled in the Kumon Program, I have witnessed first hand the transformative impact of daily learning. The structure, discipline, and confidence my children gained through Kumon inspired me to take a more active role in education. It is now my mission to support other families on this path, helping students achieve academic excellence while developing lifelong habits of resilience, focus, and self-motivation.
