Hello parents! My name is Aditi Sharma, and I am the Instructor at Kumon Math and Reading Centre of Leamington. My Kumon journey started as a Kumon parent. My son started Kumon in grade 2. I was amazed at how quickly I saw the benefits in my child’s learning! It made a real difference in his abilities and helped him thrive at school. It laid the groundwork for his academic success, sparked his curiosity with new knowledge, and pushed him to grow as he progressed through his Kumon learning.
I have a Master’s in Computer Science Engineering and over 15 years of experience working with reputable IT companies. I also completed a Data Science course from U of T. Before stepping into the world of IT, I was a Computer Science teacher. There was always a teaching bug in me that never went away, which encouraged me to pursue the path of Kumon.
Kumon training equipped me with the tools and techniques to guide each child effectively, understand their learning pace, and foster their independence and confidence. It deepened my understanding of the Kumon method and strengthened my ability to support students in reaching their full potential.
I aim to cultivate confident, happy learners today who will contribute to a more peaceful world tomorrow.
