About Your Instructor
Ravi Kumar Keelu
My name is Ravi Kumar Keelu, and I come from a family of educators. With both my Parents and Sisters devoted to teaching, I grew up in an environment where sharing knowledge was more than a profession, it was a way of life. I hold an Engineering Honors degree from one of India’s most prestigious universities (BITS-Pilani), where I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of quality education—particularly through self-directed learning, guidance of dedicated teachers, and the encouragement of parents. I also come from a large family with nearly 20 nieces and nephews, and I’ve always applied my passion for teaching to support their learning journeys. I’m proud to say that many of them have achieved remarkable success, becoming doctors, engineers, and even topping exams with scores as high as 98%. Additionally, I guided my daughter, a Kumon student, to excel academically and qualify for the gifted program.
Kumon is a proven educational system that has been successfully implemented for more than 60 years. As an instructor, I apply this time‑tested method with care and competence at my centre, enabling students to advance their academic skills throughout their learning journey. When implementing the Kumon Method, I work closely with both students and their parents to develop an individualized plan that supports steady, consistent progress toward their goals. My commitment to being a dedicated partner in each child’s learning and development helps students cultivate confidence, independence, and a genuine interest in education. As a dedicated Kumon parent, I am passionate about education and committed to helping students achieve their full potential. My background in Information Technology, combined with hands-on experience in voluntarily teaching young children, has equipped me with strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
My commitment extends beyond worksheets and daily practice. I strive to be a supportive partner throughout each child’s learning journey, encouraging them to embrace challenges, celebrate progress, and cultivate a genuine love for learning. Watching students grow—not only in their skills but in their mindset—is the most rewarding part of what I do.
