About Your Instructor
Nirlep Chatha
With a Master’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance, I bring a strong academic foundation to my role as a Kumon instructor. My 15-year career in finance and accounting has equipped me with analytical skills and attention to detail that I now apply to helping students excel in mathematics and reading.
My passion for education began early in my academic journey, where I was actively involved in peer tutoring throughout my undergraduate studies. This experience revealed my natural affinity for teaching and the fulfillment I find in helping others achieve their potential.
At our Kumon Centre, I combine my professional expertise with my love for teaching to create a supportive learning environment where students can develop strong academic skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. I believe in the Kumon Method's power to build independence and self-motivation in students of all ages and abilities.
