About Your Instructor

Rupal Lightwala

I am Instructor Rupal Lightwala. I opened Kumon of Johns Creek South in July of 2017. I was inspired by my daughter to open a Kumon Center after working in the corporate world for over 10 years. I was ready to take a new step in my life and she knew I had a passion for children. I enjoy developing children's math and reading/writing skills. My ultimate goal is to nurture young minds and watch them grow. I believe and follow Kumon's mission, "By discovering the potential of each individual and developing his or her ability to the maximum, Kumon aims to foster sound, capable people and thus contribute to the global community". I am at Kumon of Johns Creek South to encourage and develop each student to conquer this mission statement.

How Does the Assessment Work?

Your free assessment helps us understand your child’s current learning level so we can recommend the best starting point. During the assessment, your child will complete a placement test, and the instructor will review the results with you and explain how the Kumon Program can support your child’s individual learning needs.

There is no obligation to enroll, and you can reschedule your appointment at any time.
