About Your Instructor
Madhuri Reddy
I believe every life should be lived with intention, passion, and purpose. For me, success is not only measured by personal achievements, but by how much we uplift our families, communities, and future generations. That belief has guided me throughout my journey—from corporate professional to entrepreneur and community builder.
My path began with a strong foundation in technology: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from India followed by a Master’s in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ. For over a decade, I thrived as a Senior Analyst for Fortune 500 companies, enjoying career success but realizing that precious time with my family was slipping away. That realization became the turning point that inspired me to reinvent myself.
For the past 15 years, I’ve pursued entrepreneurship with passion, building ventures that combine business excellence with community impact:
Kumon of Parsippany – Helping children excel in math and reading while instilling discipline, confidence, and lifelong learning skills.
Kumon of Livingston South – Our newest center, expanding our mission to empower more children to reach their highest potential.
As a certified Kumon Instructor, I take pride in shaping personalized learning experiences that go beyond academics. My vision is to help children build critical thinking, discipline, and resilience—skills that last a lifetime.
Entrepreneurship, for me, is about more than building businesses—it’s about building people. Whether it’s the students at Kumon, the clients at Woodhouse, or my own children, I am committed to helping others grow, succeed, and live meaningfully.
Outside of work, I embrace life with curiosity and joy. I enjoy tennis, golf, ballroom dancing, and playing the sitar. My biggest inspiration is my supportive husband and our three wonderful children, who remind me every day why I chose this path.
