At Kumon, we’re committed to the safety of our community.

We have made some significant changes to our daily operations in order to ensure the well-being of all our students, parents and staff. Now that our Centre has reopened for classes, we want you to feel confident in the fact that the safety of your children is our top priority.  

Some of our new measures include:

In-Centre class hours: Monday 4-6:30PM (Early Learners only) Tuesday 4-7:30PM Thursday 4-6:30PM (Early Learners only) Friday 4-7:30PM Saturday 10AM-12PM

Reduced Centre Capacity

-         In order to ensure that the minimum physical distancing standard of 2metres is maintained, we have implemented a comprehensive scheduling system andlimited our classroom capacity. Each student studying in-centre will beassigned to a specific table to do their work.

Facemasks for Kumon Staff

-         Staff members will wear masks and face shields at all times, regardlessof whether or not they interact with students directly.

Enhanced Sanitization Practices

-         All surfaces will be regularly cleaned and sanitized. The Centre willalso undergo a deep clean before opening on class days.

Your kids will complete a placement test that will give you:

• Valuable insights into where they stand in their learning
• A recommended progression path that shows what your kids can achieve in their first six months of Kumon

The instructor will prepare an individualized lesson plan for your kids and support them as they progress through Kumon.
