Lily Ketabi
I heartily believe that education is one of the critical components that bring growth and progress into society. The more people in a society that are educated, the more they can provide a beneficial contribution to their environment. No society can achieve prosperity unless it makes education one of its central concerns. The children of today are the adult citizens of tomorrow. Building a brighter future is only possible with the proper investment in the education system.
I hold a Master of Education degree, Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology (Honour) degree, and Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (Distinction) degree from the University of Saskatchewan. I have a strong ability and interest in math, science, and English language arts.
I started my Kumon journey as a Kumon mom. I got amazed by my daughter’s success and progress academically, much beyond her school level, after registering her in the Kumon program. I was also inspired to see how confident and independent my daughter has become through Kumon’s unique self-learning method. I strongly believe in the Kumon method and program and in that “Kumon is a lifestyle.” Kumon instills a passion for learning, a passion that students carry with them for the rest of their lives as they continue to grow, learn, and thrive.
Being a certified Kumon Instructor, I am grateful to have the privilege to empower children to become self-reliant and contributing members of their future society.
