I was a student in the Kumon Math and Reading Programs as a child and have worked in the centre for more than 10 years. My mother, Desiree Latimer owned and operated this location for 25 years and when she decided it was time to retire, I stepped in to take over. I have been a substitute teacher for the last 5 years and love teaching. There is nothing that makes me happier than working with kids and seeing them succeed. I am a true believer in the program and aim to fill the shoes of my mother. I look forward to making my own memories as a Kumon Instructor.

Your free assessment helps us understand your child’s current learning level so we can recommend the best starting point. During the assessment, your child will complete a placement test, and the instructor will review the results with you and explain how the Kumon Program can support your child’s individual learning needs.
