Enroll them in Kumon’s after-school program! We are unlike any math tutor or reading tutor service in Leduc. The Kumon Program is great for all children. Whether your child is struggling in school and needs help, or excelling and needs a challenge, Kumon is the program for your child! We can help your child with math and/or reading enrichment.

We’re often asked about what makes Kumon different than tutoring. Or for that matter, what makes Kumon of Leduc such a unique space for students and families. We know families appreciate our convenient location, friendly and committed staff, but that’s just part of the story. Kumon is not one thing but many that make Kumon of Leduc part of so many success stories. 

Kumon is about the basics

Learning confidence, stamina, and good study skills don’t happen overnight. They’re cultivated over time by learning foundations in reading and math that consistently build on one another.

Kumon is about success over the long term

It’s much bigger than getting the answers right on today’s homework — although that’s a great short-term goal! Kumon is about learning why mistakes were made, learning from them, and avoiding them in the future. It’s about building that confidence that comes from independent learning.

We get it! The older and more involved the student, the more difficult it may seem to fit Kumon into the schedule. For our part, we’re committed to being readily available to you and your student. The center is open four times per week, and we are always reachable by email to answer questions, offer direction, or encouragement.

At the orientation, you'll find out how Kumon's unique approach to learning can help your kids:

• Build study skills such as confidence, focus and work ethic
• Reduce homework stress and test anxiety

Your child/children will complete an assessment that will give you:

• Valuable insights into where they stand in their learning
• A recommended progression path that shows what your kids can achieve in their first six months of Kumon

The instructor will prepare an individualized lesson plan for your kids and support them as they progress through Kumon.
