About Your Instructor
SONAL PAUDDAR
Hi, I am Sonal Pauddar, Certified Kumon Instructor. A software engineer by learning and an educator by passion, I have been working with students K-12 for last 18 years. I graduated from SGS Institute of Technology and Science with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and later from University of North Texas with a Masters degree in Computer Science. While working with Ericsson Inc., I ventured into owning a Kumon franchise to fulfil my passion for helping students reach their full potential. Within a few months, I transitioned into being a full time Kumon instructor.
My years of experience has given me a deeper understanding of the Kumon philosophy and how it can be customized to benefit students, keeping them challenged, and helping them live up to their potential.
For the past 18 years, I have worked with K-12 students. I am fully committed to the Kumon philosophy. My role is to serve as a mentor, providing the direction and encouragement necessary for each child to succeed. I work closely with parents to monitor progress and create customized study plans that foster self-reliance and confidence.
I am proud of the success our students achieve through this time-tested curriculum. To me, Kumon is more than a business; it is a way to give back to our community. I want to thank all of our Kumon families for their continued trust in me and my team.
