About Your Instructor
Angelica Diculescu
Angelica holds a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and brings over eighteen years of experience teaching Mathematics and high school Chemistry in a program for gifted children in Richmond Hill. She also has twelve years of experience successfully running the Kumon Math and Reading Centre of Thornhill Promenade, where she has supported students across a wide range of abilities and learning styles.
With a thoughtful blend of carefully set study goals and a deep understanding of each child’s intrinsic motivation, Angelica creates a supportive and inspiring learning environment. Her students not only reach important academic milestones but also develop a love for learning and a strong sense of self-motivation. As they progress into more advanced material, Angelica’s guidance ensures that their educational journey remains both challenging and enjoyable.
Outside of her Kumon work, Angelica leads an active lifestyle. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing tennis with her husband and son.
