Congratulations Niveithan!
Niveithan is an exceptional student in grade 8 who has proved that hard work really does pay off!
He has just finished the Reading Program to Level L(grade 12) and has become a Reading Completer !
He continues to study Kumon Math in H Level (grade 10). Niveithan scored first place in his school in the GAUSS Math contest for which we applaud him.
Niveithan moved house shortly after he started Kumon with us to Etobicoke.
However, he was comfortable at our centre and recognized the standards that we aim for in our staff and planning. Despite the distance he decided to stay at our centre.
This is to honor his parents for driving him without fail from Etobicoke to Maple and their belief in our centre and our staff !
Excellent Job Pauline!
Pauline first joined Kumon Math and Reading in SK at the Woodbridge Kumon Centre, able to recognize only a few sounds and letters, along with numbers 1-10.
Having been committed to the process, she has since strived her way to being above grade level.
Pauline is now grade 2 and in BII Level for Reading - focusing on comprehension and sentence structure. In Math, she has reached B Level where she is adding and subtracting with carry overs mentally and without using fingers. She is studying at grade 3 in both subjects while only in grade 2.
Together we are preparing a solid framework for her for grade 3 and beyond.

Fantastic work Justin!
Justin started the Early Learners Kumon Program when he had just started Senior Kindergarten.
Learning sounds and simple three letter blends, Justin progressed quickly through 5A Level.
Since then, Justin has finished 4A Level and is halfway through completing 3A Level.
He is now almost reading at a Grade 1 level, while able to identify all long vowels, consonant blends, and vowel combinations.
Equipped with the proper foundations of blending and reading, Justin will soon transition out in the Regular Kumon Reading Program and build up his fluency. His goal in Kumon is to keep advancing to Advanced Honor.
